| INSTRUCTIONS |
- Fix an appointment for better service
- Report to the Reception between 6.30 & 7.30 a.m.
- It is preferable to have an attender with you (Not Mandatory)
- Come with empty stomach (permitted to take water only)
- Avoid passing urine after 6 a.m.Full bladder required for ultrasound examination.
- Containers for urine & motion sample can be collected on the previous day.
- Inform if you have any health problem like diabetes while registering.
- Reports can be collected on the subsequent day.
